Stockholm Program—Swedish Procedural Rights Roadmap

The Swedish Roadmap is the action plan of the Stockholm Programme in the area of procedural rights. It sets out measures which aim to foster protection of suspected and accused persons in criminal proceedings and facilitate the application of the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions. It sets out 6 measures (Measure A, Measure B, Measure C1, Measure C2, Measure E and Measure F) which aim to foster protection of suspected and accused persons in criminal proceedings.
